So much wisdom. Thank you! This book has showed up in my periphery and I'm looking forward to reading it this year. As a kid who was bullied, I naturally hid from the world, from myself, from everyone and everything. My self-worth was tied to how others saw me. And, in a way, still is but I'm now aware and rewriting that story that was placed upon me, within me. Like you said, it starts with us. No matter what we think of the ones that "did this to us" or didn't lend us an ear or a hand, our precious little beings didn't know better so we took the part that was given to us. With awareness comes forgiveness, compassion and love, for those who were part of it, but mostly for ourselves. Sending you so much love! ❤️

Silvia, it is an amazing book. Quite a long read but worth it. About 18 hours of audio book! My husband has been reading it and has passing it along to his various hospital executive administrators and doctor colleagues. That is something, I know, that will make changes I won’t necessarily see. But the passing of Knowledge has the capacity for magic to happen. I might not be on the front lines but I can speak about my truth and experience and my husband has seen it. The healing, the magic and miracles that have happened in my life because I refused to believe there was something wrong with me have the power to change the way that people think. Pure consciousness magic.

Sending you soooooo much new moon Pisces love and vibes!!! From your most admiring Pisces sun. ❤️ ☀️

Wow, that is truly magical. It just shows that, even though we may not be able to change the whole system ourselves, we can sow the seeds. We can start where we are at. Thank you for sharing that and for showing up here with your stories of healing. It matters. You matter. Adore you, you magical Pisces Sun. ❤️

Michelle, thank you for much for taking them in. I am obsessed with this imagery of humanness, the human experience of finding a way back to self. I am working on large scale paintings behind the scenes. I absolutely cannot wait for you to see them.

I want to thank you for the book recommendation a while back. I read through “how to do the work” with a perspective that I have done a lot of this work on my “own”. The book gave me a few insights to fill in the holes and gave me a large amount of confidence in myself and awareness of my persistence and strength to heal myself. And to continue on this path.

I’m so thankful for you. For being one of the few who have been here through this particular experiment here and for your insights and wisdom on your substack. 🙏🏼

In respect and great thanks,

Rae

Yes, I felt much the same about "How to Do the Work". It was mostly stuff I'd been doing, but presented in a more systematic way, which I found helpful.

I love the idea of "the human experience of finding a way back to self", summarises the journey very beautifully x
